Role: Customer Service Representative – Part Time
Hours: 25 Hours Per Week (Flexible)
Location: Yate, Bristol (Hybrid)
Salary: £26,000 – £27,500 (FTE) + Commission
We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join us as a Customer Service Representative on a part time basis. The role is responsible for supporting the Business Development Manager in following up on leads, prospecting for new customers, and setting confirmed appointments. They will also support order management and account management processes such as setting up new accounts, preparing quotes, helping coordinate shipments, and post-shipment support.
